About the Competition
The competition has three rounds and each round is a qualifying round. The process starts with entries sending videos for round 1. Thousand of the best entries are selected out of all the applications received.
The first round is a video lecture round, where the candidate has to make a video on any of the following topics:
- How to “write” a speech that glues your audience to the seat.
- How to talk about yourself that brings out the special you.
- Teach a grammar concept without using the technical definitions and keywords.
The topic should be chosen after due deliberation, as it will help you to do better. Your goal is to try to teach students, so make your video in accordance to that.
Second Round
After entries from 1000 candidates are received and judged on, only 20 candidates get to the second round.
The second round will be a live class session. The candidate will go one-on-one with a student and show their ability to teach in detail.
Third and Final Round
The third and final round is a master class round. From the last 20 candidates, only 4 of the best get through. This round will require all the 4 to battle it out in a master class with students. Do you have enough to do what it takes? There is only one way to find out.

Prizes
The first prize is a whopping prize money of INR 1,00,000. That’s not all, the winner will also get a job offer on the spot.
INR 50,000 is the second prize and luckily, the runner-up gets a job offer on the spot.
Now each finalist gets the medallion prize. They get a cash prize of INR 5000 each and also vouchers worth INR 15000 on eMaester programs.
