Priyanka Gonde has been training IELTS students for the last 2.5 years. She believes one should be pursuing that profession where they enjoy the work. “I have been fortunate enough to experience training online as well as offline. As far as Online training is concerned, one of the advantages is you can guide the student as per their weakness. We can evaluate them and try to focus on the areas where they are weak. Of-course, the flexibility of the time it offers is incomparable”.
How does it feel to be an eMaester?
It was when she was looking for a Job change, her friend introduced her to eMaester. Once she started, she realized that this is what she wanted to do. Since then she is continuing it.
“I get more time to do my personal work. Also, in case of any emergency I can adjust my classes according to me and of course with consideration of student’s convenience.”
eMaester not only helps one to work with flexibility, but also helps create a person’s identity and give them the chance to create endless memories.
Priyanka once had a student from Dubai. She gave her IELTS 17 times, before enrolling with Ufaber. She took the Ultimate package then went for the exam, but failed to achieve her desired score. With her suggestion, she again enrolled for the Mission Course, which is unlimited ( despite having financial problems), got her Desired band score in the final attempt. She was so happy that she send her a gift from Dubai just to express her gratitude!
Advice to the future eMaesters
To all the future trainers Priyanks’s message is: “It is very important to stay transparent. If you don’t know a particular answer, tell the student that you will provide him with the correct answer after consulting with someone.”
