How does it feel to be an eMaester
Samarpita worked in the education & training industry earlier, and always preferred to be a part of the education industry. E-maester provides her with the much-needed flexibility to balance work & personal life & at the same time. “It’s a great value addition. The flexibility to choose my work timings at any point in time is truly a blessing”.
One of the perks of eMaester is that the travel time zeroes down, giving trainers the chance to utilise that time in a productive way. Samarpita also agrees that the teach-from-home opportunity gave her more freedom.
Like every other teacher, she also has memorable days. Her best moments are the time when students come back with their desired score & achievements.
