About Nidhi
Nidhi Agrawal was a trainer by profession during her corporate life so basically mentoring people & helping them to achieve their goals is her passion which has become a profession for her now. She thinks eMaester utilizes technology to spread knowledge and at the same time gives the trainers a chance to do it with the convenience of being at home and grow in a career. She joined eMaester because she found that it was a genuine opportunity to work from home, she could choose her timing, it made her financially independent and because she could interact with people across the globe.
How does it feel to be an eMaester?
Being an eMaester is not only about working from home. Although it is certainly one of the perks but, in addition to that, it also gives one, a strong sense of independence and adds many colours in a person’s personality like confidence & sense of achievement.
Nidhi shares her experience with one of her students:
“He was assigned for Ultimate course and was appearing for IELTS for the very first time. When he got his result, his writing score was not up to mark but as I was pretty sure about his writing skills, so I asked him to go for revaluation. Once the revaluation result was out, he received his desired score in writing too and it was a big moment for both of us. As it was a matter of belief between a student & a mentor.”
Advice to the future eMaesters
