Why eMaester?
I was associated with the corporate world for almost 18 years and was handling HR for IT companies. After so many years in this field, I decided to take a break from my corporate pursuits and shifted gears a bit. Luckily, I found eMaester, and landed into academics. It has been an enriching and rewarding journey so far.
Life as an eMaester
I am been lucky to have been born into a household where education has always been the focus. So while initially my family was skeptical about my transition from a high-profile successful corporate career to a new profile, their doubts were put to rest when they realized I had gotten back to the field of academics.
The Student Connect
Having been an HR professional, I always create strong connects with my students which helps them repose trust and confidence in me. This serves as a strong foundation upon which they ride on their success wave.
When my students do well in their IELTS exam, the feeling of happiness is mutual and we both are over the moon. Partnering in the success stories of students is the biggest take away of this job!
What’s your favourite thing about being an eMaester?
eMaester is a work-from-home job, which takes away the stress of travel. 😀
