I have been in the teaching profession for the past 20 years now. Once a teacher, always a teacher! With eMaester, I get to do what I love from the comfort of my home.

Life as an eMaester

I am doing sessions both in a classroom-based environment for my job, and also virtually as an eMaester. eMaester has become a great way for me to add a part-time earning opportunity so that I can make some extra income! Flexible working hours are a great aspect of eMaester. I am now as busy as a bee and I’m loving it. Even my family finds it great as I am engaged in something I am passionate about.

The Student Connect

Virtual interaction with students is as good as physical interaction. I find I have a strong rapport with my students even though we only meet virtually. Virtual classrooms facilitate connecting to students from any part of the world, transcending physical barriers, and the availability of resources at the click of a button.
When a student’s dream is realized by succeeding in the IELTS exam, and he/she attributes it to your mentorship, gratitude and good reviews follow, it truly feels very fulfilling and amazing. A teacher’s success is reflected in the students’ success.

What does it take to be a good eMaester?

A trainer should be a comprehensive package of both knowledge and skills. Being able to understand the requirements of the student and structure the sessions in a manner that facilitates easy comprehension, and reduce or increase the pace based on the student’s IQ.

What’s your favourite thing about being an eMaester?

It is a dream come true. The job satisfaction of having been an integral part of a student’s life, moulding them, and leaving a lasting impression on them is incomparable.
